This agreement forms the basis of the ministry partnership between Child Evangelism Fellowship of Ontario (CEFOntario) and the church (listed above). It specifies the conditions under which the CEF/Church partnership operates a children’s club program known as a “STEM Club” (STEM Club is a recognized ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship of Ontario). It is intended to provide a clear understanding of the responsibilities of each partner. The purpose is to ensure a club where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is communicated clearly and with adherence to Biblical truth, and to ensure an environment where children are safe.

I have read and agree with the attached responsibilities of each partner. I am authorized to sign on behalf of the church.
